New Delhi: Rekha Pandey has assumed charge as Director (Human Resources) of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL), a subsidiary of Coal India Limited.
In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing human resource management and related administrative functions, contributing to employee welfare, organisational development and workforce efficiency.
As Director (HR), her responsibilities are expected to include strengthening human resource policies, promoting employee engagement, developing talent and supporting the company’s operational objectives.
Mahanadi Coalfields Limited is one of the major coal-producing subsidiaries of Coal India Limited and plays an important role in meeting the country’s coal requirements.
