Bhubaneswar: Shri Tokhan Sahu, Hon’ble Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, inaugurated the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) exhibition stall at the 19th edition of the Urban Mobility India Conference and Expo, currently being held in Bhubaneswar.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Dr. Krushna Chandra Mahapatra, Odisha’s Minister for Housing and Urban Development, and Dr. Vikas Kumar, Managing Director of DMRC.
The DMRC exhibition showcases the role of Delhi Metro in improving accessibility and urban mobility through its metro rail services. It also highlights the organisation’s expanding presence in international projects through Delhi Metro International Limited (DMIL).
The exhibition provides a platform to highlight Delhi Metro’s contribution to urban transportation and its experience in developing metro rail systems, while showcasing its involvement in international mobility projects.
The Urban Mobility India Conference and Expo brings together stakeholders from the urban transport sector to exchange ideas and explore solutions for sustainable, efficient and accessible urban mobility.
