New Delhi: Shyamal Misra, IAS (HY:1996), Administrator, Digital Bharat Nidhi (DBN), Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, has been given ex-post facto approval for holding the additional charge of Additional Secretary, Department of Telecommunications.
