New Delhi : The 2013 Batch of Assistant Section Officers (ASOs) came together for a memorable get-together after 13 long years, making it an evening full of nostalgia, laughter, and bonding.
What started as a formal introduction in 2013 has now grown into a family-like bond. The reunion was a wonderful interaction with all batchmates, many meeting each other after years. The moment everyone gathered, it felt as if the 13 years had just flown by – the same warmth, the same camaraderie, the same jokes.
The evening was made special with a series of fun-filled activities. Many friends enthralled everyone with their melodious songs, while some set the stage on fire with their energetic dance moves. There were also special performances by colleagues which kept the entire audience engaged and cheering.
To add more fun, several games and interactive events were organized, which brought back the carefree days of our training period and filled the hall with laughter.
One of the most heart-touching moments of the event was the experience sharing session. Colleagues shared their journey and experiences of the last 13 years – their challenges, achievements, and learnings in service and life. Many also fondly recollected memories of the training time, our first posting, hostel life, and the initial days as ASO.
We all had joined the service as Assistant Section Officers. Today, after 13 years of dedicated service, we all have become Section Officers. Designations have changed, responsibilities have grown, but the bond that we share is still the same – pure, strong and everlasting.
The get-together concluded with a group photograph and a promise to meet more often and to always stand by each other, as one batch, one family.
